We are proud to introduce our new RockGuard® HD (Heavy-Duty) Pipeline Protection Mesh. After years of requests from our customers to develop a Heavy-Duty padding material for pipeline coatings, we feel that we have hit the mark with this one.

RockGuard HD is an extruded Polyethylene Diamond Structured Mesh, that offers the compression strength and resistance to destructive forces, both during and after the backfill operations. RockGuard HD will cover your needs on your next "Extreme Rock" pipeline project.

About RockGuard® HD
RockGuard HD Rock Shield Pipeline Protection Mesh is a three dimensional bi-planar extruded diamond structured meshes manufactured from high-density polyethylene. It offers a consistent thickness throughout the width of each roll or pad to provide full width protection to your pipeline during backfill operations minimizing holidays that can cause corrosion. RockGuard HD offers protection from abrasive objects after installation, prohibiting geologic movements from damaging your pipeline.

RockGuard HD is flexible for easy handling, even at low temperatures. Chemically inert, RockGuard HD will not rot and the open mesh design allows the flow of water around the pipe for cathodic protection.
