| RockGuard® Rock Shield Pipeline Protection Mesh is manufactured from high-density polyethylene, with a blowing agent to produce a strong cellular structure. RockGuard® offers maximum protection against impact damage during backfilling and minimizes holidays that can cause corrosion. RockGuard® is flexible for easy handling, even at low temperatures. Chemically inert, RockGuard® will not rot and the open mesh design allows the flow of water around the pipe for cathodic protection.
Product Use RockGuard® can be laid along the pipe or wrap around the pipe and can be secured to the pipe with polyester strapping tape.
